JOSEPH ESLER

I'm an engineer turned personal trainer. This is me before and after my transformation. I'd been working out off and on all my life without any significant results. I was hopelessly scrawny. Then everything changed.

What changed, you ask? Well, it's quite simple actually. I hired a personal trainer! Someone who knew a lot more than I did. They made sure I worked out consistently and ate right. Yup, that's my secret, and you're welcome.
